How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Participationserve Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, please tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly let people down may be removed. Participationserve Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@participationserve.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
